Scope

This policy covers my-fun-world.com — the T.T Studio product hub — including the accounts, orders, and licenses shared across the apps in the hub. Individual apps (Keyword Pulse, VideoRecap…) may have an additional policy for their app-specific functionality.

Information we collect

Account: when you sign in with Google we store your name, email, and avatar from your Google account. Orders & licenses: the plan purchased, amount, order code, license key, and device identifiers (device ID and name) used to activate and enforce a license. Support: what you send us when you get in touch. Cookies & settings: a cookie remembering your language, your light/dark theme choice stored in the browser, and a session cookie to keep you signed in.

How we use it

To operate the hub and the apps, issue and validate licenses, process payments, email license keys, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. We don't use advertising or behavioural tracking cookies on this hub site.

Google user data & Limited Use

Sign-in: we receive your name, email, and avatar via Google OAuth to create your account. Google Ads connection (Keyword Pulse): if you choose to connect a Google Ads account, we request access through Google OAuth 2.0 and the Google Ads API and use it only to (1) read campaign, ad group, and keyword performance data to display on your dashboard, (2) generate optimization suggestions for you to review, and (3) submit a change to your account when you explicitly confirm it, keeping a record of that change. Your access and refresh tokens are stored in an encrypted, httpOnly session cookie — not in a database and not accessible to client-side scripts; they are removed when you disconnect or the session expires. We do not sell Google user data, do not use Google Ads data for advertising, and do not share it beyond the service providers strictly necessary to operate the app. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect a Google Ads account at any time.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties, only as needed to operate: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), authentication (Google), payments (SePay), and transactional email (Resend). We don't sell your data to anyone.

Retention & your rights

We keep account, order, and license records while your account is active and as needed for accounting and legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing us. Note that deleting your account may invalidate licenses tied to it.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections. Sensitive tokens are held in httpOnly cookies and never exposed to client-side code. Secrets and payment credentials are not stored in your browser.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

When we update this policy we'll change the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
